Pros

Colleagues across all teams are brilliant and humble.

Cons

Pay is not competitive, benefits are lacking, management needs to figure out appropriate priorities and not burn out teams, the company has had multiple rounds of layoffs and salary reductions, and stock is nearly worthless.

Cons

They talk about it being a family, but when push comes to shove, you are just another number on a spreadsheet. So theres a lack of loyalty.
