Cons
There are type A and type B employees, type B are always blocked and will never have a chance to make big contributions, even if they are qualified. Technical managers are not qualified enough, which often lead to funny situations (this may be considered a pro!) The company seldom invests in technology projects, if some component can be bought, the will never build it. Engineers faces very hard time due to lack of real projects. The company is not honest with the employees, and they are not treated as the company family. Due to various reasons, Projects take too much time for accomplishment. Which is considerable waste of money and resources.
