You get to work with one of the companies in UAE and need not worry about your salary being delayed unlike many small time companies. Good place to have your first break in UAE with a decent package.
Cons
Biased management who do not really care about their employees welfare. A lot of cost cutting is being done right from your pantry supplies to hiring quality staff. The management will not be hesitant to hire someone who is cheaper to pay than hiring someone skillful who has rich work experience. Realizing the job market currently people are agreeing to work for the salaries they offer which is much lower compared to a year back. In simple words there is no equality in treating the employees who are placed in DIP 2 and IBG (Head Office). People in head office are given much more preference in many aspects from 2 days weekly offs to cost management, reason being is that we do not bring revenue to the organization. The management needs to change or needs to see us equally as a same company rather than creating differences.
