Pros
I've been working at Sourcetoad for just over a year now, and I am extremely grateful to be a part of such an amazing team. If you are a developer, you know there are times you could mistake your work environment for a sweat shop. Luckily, I have never run into this problem at Sourcetoad. They provide extremely flexible working hours/vacation, work from home option, and countless amounts of learning opportunities. There are plenty of deadlines here just like any other company, however from the top down, the company sets reasonable deadlines for the entire team. Everyone that works here is extremely good at what they do, and they very open to sharing their knowledge. The company is constantly up to date with the latest and greatest in the tech world, allowing us to learn something new almost every day. Everyone here is encouraged to voice their opinion, and no one is ignored.
Since Sourcetoad is a work-for-hire company, the company is always bringing in new projects. This really prevents you from getting bored working on the same thing year after year. The company truly cares about you and will provide you with whatever you need to make you successful at your job. I'm very happy to be working at Sourcetoad.

Would be nice to be a little more up to date with everything that is going on inside the company.
