1. Management really truly and fully cares about the employees
2. Management pays attention to hours, to make sure that you're taking enough time for yourself. If they see you working too many hours, they request you take a day off! (Really!)

Every day, I find something new to love about Sourcetoad. Every day, I laugh, learn something, and feel valued as a person, not just as seat-meat. My opinion was shown to be highly regarded literally from my first day here. Everyone is treated as an equal; while we do have an org chart, treatment is completely flat. I'm treated as great as the CEO is.
Cons
1. All your friends will be completely jealous of your job
2. You will realize how toxic your other jobs were and be a bit miffed that you allowed yourself to be treated as an employee instead of an integral partner of the company's success.
3. I literally can't think of anything that I'd call a con!
