The salary is great compared to other institutions paying for entry level roles.

Cons

The benefits are terrible. Micro managing and horrible team morale was at an all time high. We will take any students that meet any of the 10 admissions requirements we have listed. At least 11 people in this field were looking at other jobs or miss work to go to other interviews. Anything you learn in training HA forget it. Once you hit the floor they change all the expectations/rules. This is more like a call center than anything.
