Decent pay but at a price, there is a general consensus amongst employees that the pay is decent because it is a toxic work environment.

Cons

Management will gaslight employees and manipulate students and expect employees to either ignore it or just be ok with it. Incredibly shady company, with majority of the upper management only employed through nepotism, you wont win unless you agree with what they do.

Multiple managers to report to Curriculum would not pass with true college system Multiple repeaters in my classes which tells me someone dropped the ball Micromanaging is the norm Interested in checking the boxes No empathy for life events that happen a manager commented to me that “everyone has life events happening” in response to my father going on hospice and I’m primary caretaker
