Accountability Denied

Pros

Absolutely none! Gives Carmel a bad name!

Cons

They won't accept accountability for their racist acts towards staff students. Admissions to the president. Not in compliance with laws relating to harrassment, race student discrimination. Arbitration agreement to keep you from prosecuting them for racism, favoritism and descrimination. And from the previous response from South to the other person. It verifies their misconduct. I lost it all for not doing things that I knew better than to do. I was told by the head person over affairs of race and inclusion is a sensitive topic for South and it shows.

All About that Money

Pros

Decent pay, flexible schedule (sometimes), fun coworkers

Cons

The owners. They do not care about the quality of graduates as long as they get their tuition. It's unethical and dangerous to let students graduate who don't know what they're doing. The facilities are outdated and the buildings/parking lots are crumbling. The campus president (owner's son) parks right next to the door while the rest of the employees have to park at a hotel across the lot. Not a great model of leadership behavior. Administration is not open to discussion, rules and mandates are handed down and if anyone tries to explain policy, they are yelled down by the president. It's not a collaborative environment, it's toxic.
