Pros
I was paid well and enjoyed the opportunity to work with students and support them during their college journey. It was also an easy hiring process.
Cons
I only took this job because I was desperate, and it pretty much turned out to be exactly what I expected. This is a for-profit college, so the school is much more focused on making money than only truly providing students with a good education. During COVID-19, we were asked to come back to the office even though virtually ALL of my work could be done remotely. Once in the office, few people actually followed social distance guidelines and mask-wearing guidelines. I often saw senior management walking around close to other people without wearing masks. I would recommend only working here if you have NO other option.
