Hands on treatment by upper management. A lot of one on one training for the more in depth tasks. Open door policy. Organized with goals set for team members and follow through on any items small or large. Very positive excited vibe from the whole company.

Cons

Yardi. Integration between sites and having to use so many. No manager conferences or seminars for training.

Pros

Good benefits: 10 paid holidays. 10 days of vacation. 6 sick days. Fun company: They have an annual holiday party. More modern: They work with tech friendly systems to reach out to prospects/residents. The owner really cares about the properties and his employees. Commissions/bonuses.

Cons

System: Yardi Lower on the pay scale. Small raises. Transitions are bumpy when they buy new properties.

Pros

Huge bonuses for onsite employees and really caring and down to earth ownership. It's property management, so there are still some difficult days but I've worked in the industry for about 15 years and for various companies. Some were good, some were not. This is one of the good ones!

Cons

Property management is not for everyone! You have to be able to deal with difficult customers on a regular basis, not take it personally, and still be professional.
