Managers get multiple hr complaints and have no repercussions Pays less than similar jobs in the same area and field. Homophobic and transphobic supervisors.

Teamwork across fields. Leadership gives me all the tools I need to be successful with my residents and buildings. Residents are extremely appreciative of what the staff provides. Very pleasant work atmosphere

Need more residents and money for buildings.

Pros

I worked at the restaurant on both morning and evening shifts. The atmosphere was great, and the training they provide when you start working there is really good. The training lasts about 4–5 days, during which you get to meet every manager and learn CPR — it’s a really nice experience. They also offer free lunch for employees and bottled water.

Cons

The supervisor was often unfriendly and not very professional. But I heard there’s a new one now, so I hope she’s better. Other than that, there are no downsides.
