Pros

Great place to work for if you are in the South Shore. It is local, and people on the team are family oriented. My boss was a fantastic leader and very easy to work for. Great benefits.

Cons

IT teams are very silod. Every person own a single application or workflow. Most teams are very disgruntled and tickets are like hot potatoes. There is alot of blame that persists. Leadership is aware but senior members are complacent. Most staff are cruising towards retirement with putting in minimal effort. Since day 1, I was warned to be wary of specific teams I supported, this is not a good sign.
