Inadequate training/consistently understaffed/high staff turnover/changing roles/job without notice or input

Pros

The patients, rewarding work, filling a great need.

Cons

Stressful work environment due to poor morale and understaffed, transactional management, pressures every day to take more than assigned workload. Frequently being contacted during off hours to work/asking to do more due to inadequate staffing. Directors are not friendly or care about employees personally or professionally.
