      You get paid overtime for working over 40 hours

      Cons

      Long hours, don’t care about your well being, yelling and punishing you for not reaching goals. Work on weekends. Horrible management. favoritism. Pay is low for the way they treat you. Can never take vacation when you want because there’s always something more important than your off time
