Under the new Executive leadership, the school has lost its Students First focus and is more about the $$. Even the students see it and comment. Good employees have been let go - others have been emotionally and professionally abused to the point that they resign after years of loyal service. It’s unbelievable that the ownership doesn’t see it or want to see it. Enrollment and staff retention are at an all time low. I don’t see this organization thriving or surviving unless they make a change quick. Quality of life for employees is not a factor - the College needs to adjust to the times. If you do the same thing and expect different results - we’ll, you’re doomed to failure.
