Pros

Total compensation is not bad.

Cons

Extremely antiquated processes. Zero attention is paid to how process changes impact overhead. Very top heavy and matrixed, which forces you to do political gymnastics to get anything done due to the level of approvals required. They create processes that involve SMEs who never respond to you. You’re over burdened with work and management offers “help” by way of lip service but no actual support to dig into the root cause of issues is ever done.
