Amazing benefits, amazing insurance, even better perks! The atmosphere is so family oriented that it makes you want to come to work. I actually believe that my small portion of what I do here is contributing to the bigger picture.

Cons

The work becomes monotonous, however i can't really find many cons yet, other than when the bathroom is under maintenance occasionally!

Management is a joke. They promote favorites and base promotion on test and not what the employees knows. There are a lot of people in management positions who do not know their job and they put all the work on subordinates who know the job to clear their mess. Pay is not worth the stress that comes with the job and the amount of work
