Pros

Stable company. They still have a pension, but was reduced in scope recently. If you like a place where you can do nothing and not get fired... this is for you.

Cons

They seem to only promote yes men and women (if they hire women in management at all) in some areas. Limited room for advancement. They put way too much emphasis on LOMA certifications. Not having a certification can stop your progress in your career path regardless of your other areas of development. They like to buy a lot of technology, but either don't hire enough people to manage it or the people who manage it don't have any idea what they are doing.

Pros

It would be hard to beat the benefits by any company in the entire southeast region of the United States.

Cons

Lots of bullying, no help if your workload grows to something you find unmanageable, will NOT accommodate someone in any way recommended by a doctor, brags about never firing anyone but that is a lie
