Vets get ridiculously high salaries Vets get high earner bonuses Vets get free ce Vets get to practice how they want

Cons

Management regularly lies to employees HM decisions supersede vet decisions on which cases to take on when there is disagreement Support staff is very poorly compensated for work load Little to no communication between management and staff Focus is on profit, not patient care If it's not in your contract, you absolutely will not get it, no matter what they tell you before hand. Push back on every request. No follow through on promised improvements to problems, situations, supplies, equipment, staffing, scheduling, etc. The running theme here is lies.

Excellent staff! Great techs, most doctors, and leadership are great. Lots of room to learn and grow.

Cons

Owner is unbearable, prices increase several times a year, but they still don't know if employees will get raises. Your run ragged and your talents are exploited.

Market value pay and above average PTO. That’s it.

Cons

Nepotism and preferential treatment is a huge problem with senior IT leadership. If you don’t do exactly what they don’t tell you to do, they will micromanage you and play mind games with you to get you to resign or fire you without just cause after months of this behavior. I gained a lot of industry experience working here but at a huge cost to my mental health. I wouldn’t stay here for more than a year. Get your experience and go somewhere better.
