The people are friendly and the pay is ok.
Breaks are not counted against you so you are only there for literal 8 hours.
Cons
There is no repercussions for doing anything wrong. Some employees do whatever they want with no consequence ( call off once a week, etc.) leaving everyone else to pick up the slack.
