The warehouse was always clean, which was great. Management was easy to work with, and frequently offered incentives for going above and beyond.
Cons
Hired anyone who applied with even the smallest amount of forklift experience, which led to a lot of poor job performance and errors, causing management to implement very strict policies across the board.
