Very disorganized company. Your direct supervisor could be in another state. Was not told who my direct supervisor was until 3 day of work. Job is very mundane. Not many people come through the office. More of a clerical position.

Your only a number to this company. Management has no idea how to manage. They may have been in business for 15 years but because of their high turnover, pretty soon everyone in the state of Arizona will have worked for them and they will not be able to keep their doors open unless things change, especially with their Management.
