Pros

Benefits, free coffee, little store in the break room.

Cons

Movement is rare, the older women there don't like when the younger women dress like younger women. Training is garbage.

Pros

The only “pro” is its a job nothing more. The first day I walked into this place I thought the job duties were unorganized. The young lady training me that she does what needs to be done. Not really an outline on how the job was supposed to be done. There were files stack under desk, in the desk that had documents that needed to be filed. The trainer explain to me that the original files were in storage so they waiting to get the original files to files existing documents.

Cons

The manager and I had a meeting and she inquired about how long it would take for me to learn the system. I explain to the manager that I was still getting documents that I had never seen before so I didn’t know how long it would take to get up to speed on that job. ***But the kicker if you’re terminated from this company don’t mention them in your new company background search because you will receive a very bad reference.

Pros

Good Health and Dental Benefits

Cons

Worked in Richardson TX office. High turnover, revolving door of employees starting and then leaving. Out of state management, who offer little to no training for new employees. Employees are told to reach out to Phoenix office if there any questions, however it can days to get a reply to email. Chaotic and disorganized.
