      Great Company to work for

      Pros

      Southwest Service Administrators has a productive business. They truly make you feel appreciated. They have a great training system and gives you one on one training as well. If there is any questions they are always happy to answer them. The entire office is beautiful and well kept. There is opportunity to move up in the company. There is great benefits once you've worked there for 90 days.

      Cons

      The downsides of working at Southwest Service Administrators was the length of the training system. They only give you about a week of training and put you on the phone right away whether you are ready or not.

      Pros

      Coworkers are friendly and willing to work as a team and help each other out. The cubicle you are provided with has a decent amount of space for your belongings along with your everyday essentials.

      Cons

      Poorly ran company. Crazy wait for insurance benefits (6 months) longer if you were hired on with a staffing agency. No training system. Do not promote from within.

      Mid sized company with a small, family company appeal. Great benefits. Competitive pay.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities since the company is not very large. They do not have a formal training program for most positions.
