Low pay.Untrustworthy management. After a lot of positive feedback on my progress, by management and others, i was pushed into higher position due to my previous work knowledge and experience without change in pay...promised much, had positive feedback on job progress, promised pay raise, then suddenly terminated without explanation or details and refusal to have a chance to resolve unknown problems . Bizarre boss behaviour with hidden agendas can make you feel unsupported as others have reported, as is low pay and strict work environment.
