Pros

Pays a fair wage. Has good benefits.

Cons

Buys companies that outperform them with superior operation strategies and then replaces successful strategies with failing strategies. Preaches culture of safe workplace while creating policies that make production less safe. Preaches culture of high quality product while implementing lower quality materials. Fails to maintain equipment. Pushes supervisors to stay off of the floor instead of working with employees to make sure they have what they need.
