Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you found the job a bit repetitive and that you didn't feel Sovos could offer you long term career development opportunities. I do agree that depending on the role, there may be some tasks that have to be repeated. After all, tax is a fast-paced and ever-changing space and having sustainable and repeatable processes are key to making sure we deliver for our customers. However, career development is usually an area that we excel in at Sovos. We offer employees many training and development opportunities, and reward those who are proactive and accountable in taking advantage of these.
