      Pros

      Fun, team filled environment. They offer monthly events to network/hang with other teams and colleagues. Flexible hours/working remotely when not in season.

      Cons

      Season is a lot of hours (flip side, summer is flexible). Below the average pay.

      If you are motivated and driven, Sovos gives you all the opportunities to advance your career quickly and heaps of responsibilities. Great leadership team across the line, marketing and sales in particular. International travel

      Pay below industry standard, lack of culture outside of sales despite trying hard to create one.

The CLOUD rotation program is available for employees looking to consider opportunities elsewhere in the business. I've seen many employees get promoted into new roles and opportunities.

      Change is a constant here. This can be a plus for some, not for others. You must be comfortable working in an organization that is evolving.
