I am sorry to hear that you don’t feel confident in the solutions and support that we have for clients. It is so important to us to keep our commitments to the customers we serve, and we have devoted a lot of resources to improve our ability to do so over the past years. This includes investments and improvements in technology, evaluating team structures and hiring leadership and front-line employees to support. This is a long term journey for modernization and continual improvement.       Plenty of challenges and opportunities to grow and develop different skills on the many products and departments that the company has. Leadership cares about everybody's well being and makes sure that we all feel part of the company vision
