Thank you for sharing your feedback. I completely agree with your sentiments about your colleagues and managers. The people at Sovos are excellent! I am sorry to hear that you don’t feel confident in the solutions and support that we have for clients. It is so important to us to keep our commitments to the customers we serve, and we have devoted a lot of resources to improve our ability to do so over the past years. This includes investments and improvements in technology, evaluating team structures and hiring leadership and front-line employees to support. This is a long term journey for modernization and continual improvement.
