Thanks for leaving a review and thanks for all the work you do. I agree with you, Sovos really has so many opportunities for growth and movement for all employees. We consistently see about one third of our Sovosians experiencing internal career growth year over year, and last fiscal year was no exception. We have a big mission to Solve Tax For Good and it’s certainly no easy feat. Hopefully you enjoy MyTime, our flexible time off program to rest and rehydrate when you need it!

Who would have thought that working for a tax software company could be fun?! I’m constantly impressed by our departments and truly believe it’s our people that make Sovos the fun, successful company it is today. We emphasize working as one team and prioritize collaboration to help our clients manage the complexities of global tax. That takes a lot of work and I am proud at how dedicated our employees are to that mission. With that said, our intention is not to overwhelm our hardworking Sovosians. If you don’t feel like your workload is manageable, please make sure to speak with your manager. Or if you’d feel more comfortable - I’d be happy to discuss this with you further.
