Thank you for providing us a review from the perspective of an intern. We have seen many success stories with our interns returning to Sovos after graduating and even continuing on into leadership roles within the organization, and we very much hope you will consider us in the future. In regards to your comment on turnover- it has been an interesting couple of years with The Great Reshuffle happening globally. While we haven’t been completely immune to that, we have been fortunate that our staff turnover has not seen a significant increase, and we have been able to keep our talent in the business. Thanks for the review. So happy to see that you included your coworkers being a “pro”. I’ve said it many times, but I truly believe our people and our culture are exceptional. I’m sorry to hear that you feel things are dysfunctional at times. The nature of our business and our industry requires us to move fast and adapt often.
