Thanks for the review. I’m glad that you enjoy our flexible time off policy, I agree with you- it’s a great benefit. One of the many ways that we invest in our employees is by ensuring that they have strong leaders supporting them. All of our managers go through robust training so that whether they are a seasoned VP with years of management experience or someone being promoted to a supervisor for the first time, they have the skills necessary to support their team and foster growth. In fact, growth is one of my favorite parts about working at Sovos. However, growth can also bring challenges. With a client list that includes over half the Fortune 500, as well as many others, it’s a team effort to make sure all of our clients are well taken care of. Compliance Services is the face of Sovos to many clients and your hard work does not go unnoticed. You’re also right that some of our teams do experience a very busy January due to the nature of our industry, and I understand that can be stressful. It’s actually one of the reasons that our PTO program works so well because the workload can be significantly lighter throughout other parts of the year. Thanks again for your feedback.
