Thank you for your note! I agree that we have an amazing company culture. It is part of what keeps me so motivated to Solve Tax for Good. I’m sorry to hear that you feel a little bit micromanaged. We have so much trust in our employees and their ability to manage their time that it is not feedback I hear often here. Regulatory Analysis & Design is probably one of the teams at Sovos that does have the smallest room for error. If we get a new tax law wrong, or misinterpret a change, etc. then we let our customers down, so it is an area that has to be a little bit more managed than others. I am sure you have heard us talk about how proud we are of our employees for investing in their own development and we are always looking for ways to give them that opportunity. We are only as strong as the employees that we have. I understand your concerns about salary, especially given the unprecedented changes going on in the market. We closely monitor cost of living and inflation rates in our various market places, and are consistently reviewing ways in which we can help our employees address this. We operate in many countries where inflation is a much more persistent problem than it typically has been in the United States, so this is not new to us.
