Pros

There are two locations in Miramar and Melbourne office and they are located right off I-75 and I-95 respectively, which is convenient for commute. Co-workers are great to work with (outside of management).

Cons

Management is horrible, clueless, and very condescending. Extremely long hours, lots of micromanagement, high goals, consistently hounded for production. There is way too much turnover because you get "burned out" very fast. Human Resources does not protect its employees from constant harassment from management and you WILL be fired if you voice your disliked about the environment. DO NOT work here if you care about having a good work-life balance, not having unnecessary excess stress, or if you care about having a career.

-Highly disorganized -Upper management out of touch with branches -Low wages -Stressful job -Poor technology, nothing works.
