Excellent benefits beginning the day you are hired. Wonderful employees to work with and great managers.

Cons

Better training on phone requirements and handling customers would be beneficial. Was thrown on to the phones and often had to put callers on hold to find out procedures.

Great customers and great coworkers. Really look out for the customers. Upgrades to the systems are underway. Great holiday party (if you have kids).

Cons

You are expected to work 2-3 peoples job but only get paid for one (of course). Lowest pay in the industry. They let people go and cover until they fill it but then they decide to not fill it. Or they let people go but don't replace them. Poor management and everyone is replaceable. Doesn't matter if you are there 1 month or 20 years, they will drop you will not warning...everyone is disposable. This place literally made me sick from the stress.
