Fantastic people and no day is quite like another. Great clients and useful products to suit the space and occupancy management needs of companies of all sizes. It's a good feeling to know what you have will suit their purpose.
Cons
Fast growth has meant that development and internal processes are rushed. Lack of people in key strategic roles leaves strategy to lower-level employees who are not experienced enough. Need more developers and more robust Product and QA teams. Long days can take their toll on people leading to higher turnover than there should be.
