Pros

Diverse group of individuals with a variety of skills to learn from. A fun company that makes coming to work enjoyable and gives plenty of opportunity for a work/life balance.

Cons

We can't grow quick enough! :)

Pros

SpaceIQ offers the true startup experience with experienced VC backers, an exec team with proven track record, and a product that is making waves. The company puts a lot of trust into it's employees and so you're you're often given opportunities out of your current experience level, but it allows you to grow quickly.

Cons

Because the tempo is so fast-paced, and the company is relatively new but quickly growing we are still identifying an internal culture.
