I love working with this team, really sharp, dedicated, and nice people to work with on a daily basis - great culture We have a great strategy and proven track record of success and a very bright future Amazing customer base Lots of hard but interesting problems to solve as we scale as a team, add more products/features, and grow our customer & email volume

Pros

They are the leading company in terms of MTA technology. You will work with a number of crazy things that you probably didn't even know existed in the background. The people you work with are very fun and entertaining. There is room to grow so long as you put the work in to prepare yourself for it.

Cons

There are a number of changes taking place within the company that are leaving people a bit nervous as to where the company is heading for employees. Nothing outright bad has been stated, but different. Since a lot of people are very stuck in old ways, it does bring a bit of a disconcerted attitude in some areas of the company. Salary is not as competitive as they seem to think it is.
