Pros

Absolutely wonderful place to work, with great colleagues. Foosball breaks while waiting on builds is awesome. Great learning opportunity, probably the best job for people fresh out of college. The more senior developers love to take the younger people under their wing and teach them a lot of things. Very transparent leadership, they'll answer any and all questions you have, and will always make sure to hear you out. Great project managers who listen to the developers, especially during crunch time.

Cons

Small teams, with big promises on delivery.

Pros

Growing and healthy company. Excellent culture with an emphasis on mentorship. The best company culture I've ever been a part of.

Cons

No 401k matching, but hopefully that's coming soon.

Pros

The people you will work with on a day to day basis actually care about you. "Most" on-site managers are every day people who care about your work-life balance, and tend to care just as much about your career as you do. Normal laid back development environment you'll find in most places. Great for "getting your foot in the door" to the technical industry as a whole.

Cons

-Non-Competitive Salaries for the areas their offices exist in. -Doesn't pay out leftover PTO when you leave. (uncommon and unprofessional to do this in the tech industry) -Bad upper management who have lost any connection whatsoever with their employees. -Constant mishandling of departments by business to the point that having a "revolving door" for employment is now "part of their business strategy". -Makes constant excuses as to why they don't pay competive wages AT ALL for their office locations. (normally between 20k and 30k lower than average area market value for similar talent) -Burned quality talent recently at all levels due to mismanagement, and a lack of general care about their employees in general. -Some of the "bad apples" that exist within the company aren't being dealt with due to the personal nature of their relationships with some of the highest levels of the company. Seems to be some nepotism bleeding through a bit? -Said "bad apples" that have been listed as THE reason an employee is leaving, that have been on multiple exit interviews, remain unphased and employed by RSI.
