      Pros

      While the interaction with co-workers and some lower level managers was engaging for me and one of the main reasons I stayed at this location (Grand Ledge, now closed) until the end.

      Cons

      -Lack of efficient communication with store manager on topics important and relevant to employees and for the well being of the store -Poor benefits, expensive for minimum wage -Employment process was lackluster and half hearted, sticking good hardworking employees with lazy people .

      Pros

      It's an easy job to get into, the work is easy, a lot of the coworkers are friendly and supportive where I work, working for the company helped me get use to customer service.

      Cons

      Pay is barely above minimum wage, even if you work harder than anyone else you won't get payed more than the slackers. It takes awhile to move up and it usually isn't worth it because the pay raises aren't substantial enough. Dealing with customers all day can be a pain sometimes.

      Nice people great produce amazing quality Deli manager at the wauwatosa location is the most amazing person i have ever met!

      Cons

      Dont always get your raises when you are suppose to. Slow on reviews. Be-littles employers, at times.
