      Pros

      Great Managers for the most part who are supportive. Mostly good team of co-workers. Good job security. It would be very difficult to get fired. Personable and very fair immediate manager who is flexible with schedule and time off requests.

      Cons

      Minimum wage pay. Unappreciative store owner doesnt seem to recognize he has some really great dedicated long term employees that make his store a success. Store owner displays unprofessional and immature behaviour displaying foul language and temper tantrums. Part-time hours that are not consistent with no benefits. No matter how many call ins you take you have no ability to accumulate seniority in hours. Just when you start getting more hours they hire more people that take away hours from you.

      Pros

      Constant workflow, Fast paced, benefits if they give you the hours required. Workers are mostly friendly. Consistent hours below 24 hours If needed.

      Cons

      Stressful, corrupt management, managers abuse employees and are considered invincible. Work is distributed in a unbalanced method and counters rational thought. Staff behaves like children. Bigoted people with power do their best to make workers feel marginalized on a hourly basis.
