Pros

There is not many positive points to this job.. its an abusive workplace. They hire the most lying unstable inhumane bipolar individuals to constantly micro manage drivers. They undermine your professionalism and safety consciousness. They tell you do things you should not do. If you object they threaten to fire you over something .. if you are silly enough to run crazy like they are encouraging you to do ..well they are recording you and will show you how unprofessional you choose drive and repremand you.. if you want an aneurysm please work here.. They cut the drivers down to meet their bottom line. They cook their books and You will make a certain amount of money no matter what you do. The union does nothing for drivers.. the company does what they want to you whenever they want, it's like a scary movie here .

Cons

The union is a sham.. The equipment sucks.. you will need to be like MacGyver to run legally here becauseThe equipment breaks down often and you're often .stranded..It's all on you. No good maintenance program. You are underpaid.

Pros

Benefits are pretty decent I guess

Cons

Worse company than most at exploiting their workers. Asks for ADA accomodations letter in order to be allowed to wear PPE. Doesn't repair anything or replace broken equipment. Cuts payroll every month while demanding higher sales and creating more tasks. I've worked in several different retail stores in my life and this corp is BY FAR the worst to work for. And I've worked for KMart/Sears. There are literally OSHA violations EVERYWHERE and when the employees and store level management asks for repairs, etc to deal with them, they are denied because they're "too expensive." Stores are crumbling around the employees and upper management is still pushing higher and higher sales and cutting payroll, all the while "forgetting" to fix any of the problems. They take no responsibility, have no integrity, and they pass the buck down and down and down and don't even provide free pizza.

Pros

Flexible hours and location (since COVID) in corporate

Cons

Turnover. Layoffs. A new CEO that claims he puts "people first" but then changes hundreds of associates performance reviews to meet budget; this during one of the most difficult years in history. People literally risking their lives (mostly in retail/supply chain) to work just to be told they are not performing because the company is not performing as a whole. Multiple people in corporate have been physically ill because of the chronic stress... can't imagine what it's like in the stores & distribution centers. Garbage. Shame on them.
