Cons

same as any other IONM company, changing schedules and hours, travel, Unless your an in house clinician, its the same issues for anyone else at one of the big companies.

There was lots of room to grow and opportunities for advancement. The team I worked with was all relatively young and we had a good time working together.

Cons

The benefits weren’t very good and salaries were average to low depending on the department and position.
