The training was extremely poor. If you are not a favorite, you are set up to fail. People promoted based on favortisim, and not actual job performance, merit, or experience. Middle and Senior manager of my deparment - One of them had little or no experiece in the day to day operations of our department, and they both had very poor people skills, and personnel management skills. If you were a favorite, you could say or do anything you wanted, but if not, you were made to feel very small and insignificant. This is the absolute truth, and there are plenty that would verify these statements.
