Don’t trust this company. Work-life balance impossible.

Meeting surgeons. Credentialing is easy.

Cons

Impossible to have work-life balance despite them advertising for it. Can’t schedule PTO in advance. Forced to work after shift is over since no one to relieve you. Have to wait for PTO approval till a day before you need. Management doesn’t trust you and make up fake excuses.
