Pros

If you love to work all the time and be under appreciated, this is the place for you.

Cons

There is no work/life balance. The company is full of empty promises. They just tell you want you want to hear to get you to join, then they don't follow through with their promises. This goes all the way up to senior leadership. The merit raises are a joke. The culture is terrible and there isn't much of a team spirit.
