Low pay for high end positions. Work of 3 to 4 positions into one. Late hours which means you work all the time for low salaried pay. Doctors make all the money and they could care less because they are greedy. They don't value their employees. High Turnover rate you know why. Promote you but don't pay you commensurate for the position. I moved jobs and make double what I made for less work. Specialty care is a 3rd party surprise billing company that is it litigation. Don't work here. They are going under. They are pathetic.

They treat people like cattle , no work life balance for those in the field , Corp focused on their profit instead of providing excellent patient care with associates that actually care about what they do . No appreciation for the clinical folks , under paid and over worked. Upper management show up locally once a year because they have to . Promotion based on popularity instead of knowledge . Their shared values are a total joke . The powers at be will lie in your face to get what they want from you .
