Cons

Compensation Opportunity: The total compensation package is entirely competitive when factoring in the outstanding culture, benefits, and perks. The only minor area for review is the base pay scale, which, while in the average industry range, tends toward the lower end. A slight enhancement here would make the overall package truly unbeatable.

Pros

I really enjoy my role and look forward to work each day. I feel trusted to do my job well and have the autonomy to make things happen. The flexibility and work-life balance here are better than what I’ve experienced at other companies, and I feel supported by my team and manager.

Cons

More perks like incentives, bonuses, equity/stock options would be nice.
