Pros

Training resources were fairly comprehensive.

Cons

I took on responsibilities way outside my role just to keep things from falling apart. There were never enough people, and leadership acted like overloading was normal. I never got recognition or extra compensation for the work I absorbed. Over time, it felt less like a job and more like a punishment.

Pros

I actually like my colleagues, they were great to work with.

Cons

Workload was unbelievably stressful, management should've hire more staff, but wants to save cost than save their people! They compromise our health over money, which is just bad and terrible leadership!

Pros

I'm writing this review as a former employee who genuinely cared about the potential of this company, but ultimately had to leave due to the deeply concerning and ultimately unsustainable environment. If you're considering a role here, please proceed with extreme caution.

Cons

Leadership: A Ship Without a Compass (and Ignoring the Icebergs) The leadership at this company is, frankly, nonexistent. There's a distinct lack of direction coming from the very top. The CEO seems detached and unwilling to take any ownership of the company's glaring misfortunes. Instead of providing guidance and a path forward, there's a pervasive sense of denial and a blame-shifting mentality. Middle management fares no better. They are often left without clear strategies or the authority to make meaningful changes. This creates a vacuum of leadership where decisions are either delayed indefinitely or made haphazardly, further contributing to the chaos. Product & Customer Impact: A Leaky Bucket The state of the product reliability and quality is alarming. Customers are leaving in droves, and it's not hard to see why. The constant bugs, lack of innovation, and failure to address critical issues have created a massive customer churn problem that seems to be bleeding the company dry. Despite the clear market signals and the actions of our competitors, there's an astonishing inability to adapt or manage our market share. We're consistently missing opportunities and falling further behind. Culture: Non-Existent and Demoralizing The "culture" here is one of fear, frustration, and ultimately, resignation. Good, talented people are consistently overlooked and their ideas are ignored. There's no sense of trust or empowerment, which is a tragedy because there are individuals here who genuinely want to contribute and make things better. Instead, they are met with roadblocks and a leadership team that seems more interested in maintaining the status quo (even as the ship sinks). Compensation: Severely Below Market To add insult to injury, the pay is significantly below market value and industry standards. This further reinforces the feeling that employees are not valued and makes it even harder to attract and retain the talent needed to turn things around.
